Product Advantages
Core operational steps
Open and place the disposable dressing set: slowly tear along the preset tear opening of the packaging, remove the dressing tray and place it steadily on the operating table. Do not touch the sterile area inside the tray or the sterile surface of the built-in consumables with your hands.
Remove old dressing: Use sterile forceps in the dressing change tray to gently pinch the edge of the old dressing and peel it away from the wound; If the dressing adheres to the wound, first soak a cotton swab in physiological saline and gently apply it to the adhered area. After the dressing softens, slowly remove it to avoid tearing the wound.
Wound cleaning and disinfection: Place iodine swabs or cotton swabs dipped in physiological saline in a dressing change tray, pick them up with tweezers, and wipe them unidirectionally from the center of the wound to the surrounding skin. Replace one cotton swab (or one cotton swab) with each wipe, do not reuse, and increase the number of wiping times for infected wounds to ensure the removal of secretions and dirt.
Replace with new dressing: After disinfecting the wound, let it dry naturally (no need to rinse with water). Use tweezers to pick up sterile gauze and cover it flat on the wound to ensure complete coverage. Then use medical tape to fix the four corners of the gauze, avoiding direct adhesion of the tape to the wound or surrounding sensitive skin.
Aseptic control throughout the process: All operations are carried out above the dressing tray. Consumables (such as gauze, cotton swabs) that come into contact with items outside the tray are immediately discarded and cannot be used for wound care.
